34-year-old DJ and TV presenter Jordan North has been a key figure in British broadcasting for several years.
After graduating with a BA in media production from Sunderland University, he got a job at BBC Radio 5 Live. In 2018, he launched a popular podcast called “Help I Sexted My Boss,” where he and his friend, etiquette expert William Hanson, helped listeners with their problems.
In 2020, he was the runner-up on the twentieth series of “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” This boosted his fame but also led to a lot of speculation and rumors about his sexuality. Some people criticized this speculation, with one person writing online:

One thing that BBC Radio One’s Jordan North has opened up about is how bad he is at dating. He admitted he’s so awkward at romance that he once shook a love interest’s hand at the end of a date.
On his podcast, he talked about the date, saying: “I went on a first date about 18 months ago, and I’m not good at these because I once shook my date’s hand at the end of the evening. I think you’re supposed to hug them or kiss them. It was awkward. You’re not supposed to shake hands. It’s very British.”
He also talked about who should pay on a date, saying: “I think if it’s a man and a woman on a first date, the man should pay. If it’s a same-sex couple, whoever initiated the date should pay.”

In another podcast episode, he joked about a “gay ghost” haunting his house. He told his co-host, Hanson:
“I think the gay ghost has come back to my new house. The other night at around 2 am, the shower turned itself on. I was scared and thought it was a burglar, so I grabbed the first thing I could find – a can of deodorant.
“I went in, and the shower was spitting water. I think it’s the gay ghost saying he’s back.
“Or, according to some plumbers, it’s a problem with my airlock.”

Despite occasionally mentioning his relationship status, Jordan North has confirmed that he is currently single. In a 2021 interview with Radio Times, he said, “I am single at the moment,” and made it clear that this wasn’t why he joined “I’m A Celebrity!”.
His social media also shows that he is single and not married. Jordan’s openness about his relationship status helps clear up any rumors about him being married.
