Ashley Benson is denying claims that she’s using Ozempic to lose weight. On Monday, June 17, Benson, 34, responded to comments accusing her of using the diabetes drug after she posted a mirror selfie earlier that day. She had given birth to her daughter in February.
In the Instagram photo, Benson posed in front of a mirror in a dressing room, wearing a red cap, sunglasses, a black tank top, and gray sweatpants. She captioned it, “My fav hat.”
Some comments on the photo questioned her appearance, with one person asking, “How was she JUST pregnant?!?” Another commenter posted a photo of an Ozempic ad, implying she used the drug for weight loss.
Benson found these comments amusing and reposted them along with the Ozempic photo on her Instagram Stories, writing, “Comments like this are so funny to me.”

“I know a lot of people use Ozempic and that’s totally fine. Everyone has their own way. But don’t ignore the hard work people put into getting their bodies back, like I did,” said Ashley Benson, the Pretty Little Liars star.
She added, “Returning to work made me focus on my health and exercise. I wanted to feel confident and good about myself. I couldn’t have done it without the @melissawoodtepperberg app,” she said, tagging the health and wellness app.
Benson and her husband, Brandon Davis, announced the birth of their daughter on February 29. PEOPLE confirmed they were expecting their first child the same month they were confirmed to have married in July 2023.

At the VIP launch event for the CYBEX by Jeremy Scott Car Collection in Los Angeles on June 5, Benson shared an update on being a new mom with PEOPLE.
“I’m a new mom, so that’s been very fun,” she said.
She also mentioned that her baby girl loves dressing up. “Oh my God, it’s so much fun. She’s mostly in cute little onesies, but we’re taking her on vacation at the end of the summer. I have all her little dresses and accessories ready. It’s so much fun,” she added. “Having a girl is the best.”
